4 Steps to creating more space
01. Free Consultation and Quote
Let’s talk! We know you are busy, we are happy to come to you after hours Monday to Friday and even on Saturdays by appointment. We will briefly discuss your design project and provide you with a detailed quote explaining how we provide you with architectural drawings and our design services.
02. Pre-Design Site Assessment
We will complete a detailed site visit, site analysis, conduct zoning and regulation analysis and ultimately define your project in detail. We will introduce ourselves to your key project stakeholders such as certifiers, surveyors and engineers or offer recommendations.
03. Design and Development
At this stage the fun starts. We work with you to define your design requirements, preferred features, complete a design plan and complete initial sketches of your design concept.
04. Project Completion
We understand your interior and exterior material preferences, perform regular design revisions and finalise all drawings including 3D render using the more advanced design software for your approval and support you through to project completion.
